Andy Schroer
Pastor, Edna Campus
Pastor Andy Schroer has been a Lutheran pastor since 1999. Originally from Michigan, he has served congregations in Mexico and Miami. He has been the pastor at Redeemer since 2003.
Pastor Schroer is also a contributing editor for the national Christian magazine Forward in Christ. His first book 364 Days of Thanksgiving was published in 2015. Pastor Schroer also writes a syndicated devotional column in five newspapers throughout Texas, including The Jackson County Herald-Tribune and The Victoria Advocate. Pastor Schroer and his wife Clariza live in Edna with their two children, Isabel and Andy.

AARON GLAESKE
pastor, Victoria Campus
Pastor Aaron Glaeske graduated from Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in 1993, and since then he has served educational institutions and congregations in Wisconsin, Virginia, Tennessee, California and Texas. He accepted the call to Redeemer as the Victoria campus pastor in 2017.
Pastor Glaeske is an avid hunter and fisherman, loves football and baseball, and enjoys reading books about history, faith, outreach and church leadership. His wife, Kristin, is an assistant principal at Victoria East High School, who has taught nearly every level of high school English. When she’s not doing schoolwork, Kristin enjoys reading and cooking. Together, Pastor Glaeske and Kristin have a son, Lucas, who attends Howell Middle School and enjoys sports, reading and video games.
